What you need
- 25 ml Gem Juice Apple
- 100 ml tonic water
- 50 ml pure pressed apple juice (unsweetened)
- Ice cubes
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 thin apple slice (to garnish)
How to make it
- Fill a wine glass or balloon glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the apple juice, then add the Gem Juice Apple.
- Top up slowly with tonic water and give a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
- Serve immediately.
Tip: Use a premium dry tonic for the cleanest result. The drier the tonic, the more the ginger comes through.
