Due to the nature of our products, we apply strict quality and food-safety standards. Please read this policy carefully.

General Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for non-perishable items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Perishable Goods & Food Products

Because Gem Juice sells food and beverage products, opened or used items cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and food-safety reasons.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Opened bottles
  • Used products
  • Products stored incorrectly after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Leaking
  • Spoiled
  • Contaminated
  • Or incorrect

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gemjuice.be, including:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will replace the product free of charge or issue a refund, regardless of the product’s expiration date.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable food and drinks
  • Opened or used products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or promotional bundles (unless damaged on arrival)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before returning anything.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for return, the fastest solution is:

  1. Request a return
  2. Receive your refund once approved
  3. Place a new order for the desired product

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, provided that:

  • The product is unopened
  • The product is unused
  • The product is in its original, sealed packaging

This right does not apply to opened food or beverage products, in accordance with EU consumer protection law regarding perishable goods.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: within 10 business days
  • Banks or payment providers may require additional time to complete the transaction
