By placing an order with Gem Juice, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Applicability

All orders, contracts, agreements, and offers made by Gem Juice are subject to these Terms of Service.

Gem Juice reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

Gem Juice is not responsible for typographical errors, minor changes in product details, small deviations from product images, or incorrectly displayed prices.

If there is any doubt regarding prices, options, availability, or product functionality, the customer must confirm this with Gem Juice by email before placing an order.

Prices

All prices are stated in Euro (€).

Gem Juice reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Complaints

All complaints relating to delivery, product quality, product quantity or capacity, or any other contractual matter will be taken seriously by Gem Juice.

The customer must contact Gem Juice within 24 hours after delivery by email at info@gemjuice.be

Gem Juice will investigate the complaint as soon as possible and seek an appropriate solution.
All tips, feedback, and suggestions are welcome.

Applicable Law and Legal Disputes

All agreements between Gem Juice and the client are governed by Belgian law.

Liability (Disclaimer)

Gem Juice is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage to persons or property resulting from the use of Gem Juice products.

Gem Juice is not liable for changes in prices, color differences compared to product images, or minor deviations between products, descriptions, and images.

Product information may be updated at any time and becomes effective immediately without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

It is not permitted to use, copy, reproduce, or distribute images, text, or other documentation from the Gem Juice shop or website without prior written permission from Gem Juice.
