Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to every Gem Juice subscription. It explains how your subscription works, what you can change yourself and how you stop it.

How your subscription works

  • You choose your bottles and your rhythm: a delivery every 2, 4 or 6 weeks.
  • Each delivery is charged automatically to the payment method of your first order, on its order date. It then ships within the delivery window shown in your account.
  • Your subscription continues until you stop it. There is no end date.

Price, discount and shipping

  • Subscribers pay 10% less per bottle. From 6 bottles per delivery that becomes 15%, from 8 bottles 20%.
  • The discount applies to every delivery and cannot be combined with other discount codes.
  • Shipping in Belgium costs €5.95 for 1 to 3 bottles and is free from 4 bottles.
  • If our prices change, we tell you by email before your next delivery, so you can adjust or stop first.

Minimum term

A subscription runs for at least 2 deliveries. After your second delivery you can stop at any time, without a fee. A delivery you skip does not count toward those 2.

Skip, pause or change

In your account you can, at any time:

  • skip your next delivery;
  • pause your subscription and resume it later;
  • update your delivery address and your payment method.

Would you like other bottles or another rhythm? Change it in your account, or email info@gemjuice.be and we do it for you. We plan and ship deliveries ourselves, so a specific delivery date cannot be chosen. Skipping a delivery is always possible.

A change counts for your next delivery if you make it before that delivery is charged. A delivery that has already been charged still ships.

How to cancel

  • In your account: open your subscription and choose "Cancel subscription".
  • Or by email to info@gemjuice.be, from the email address of your order.

Cancelling takes effect immediately and is free. You are not charged again. A delivery that was charged before you cancelled still ships.

14-day right of withdrawal

Your legal right of withdrawal also applies to your subscription. You can withdraw within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, without giving a reason. The minimum term of 2 deliveries does not limit this right. Bottles must be unopened. The conditions and the refund are described in our Shipping & Return Policy.

When a payment fails

If a payment fails, that delivery does not ship. Update your payment method in your account and we try again. If payment keeps failing, we may pause or end the subscription.

When we change or end a subscription

We may change or end a subscription, for example when a product is no longer available. We always tell you by email beforehand. You never pay for a delivery that does not ship.

Something wrong with a delivery

Damaged, leaking or incorrect delivery? Our Shipping & Return Policy applies to every subscription delivery in the same way as to a one-off order.
