What you need

• 25 ml Gem Juice Apple
• 80 ml pure pressed apple juice (unsweetened)
• Juice of ½ lime
• 80 ml sparkling water
• Ice cubes
• Lime wheel & apple slice (to garnish)

How to make it

1. Add ice to a copper mug or rocks glass.
2. Squeeze in the lime juice, then pour in the apple juice.
3. Add 25 ml of Gem Juice Apple and stir gently to combine.
4. Top with sparkling water and give a light stir.
5. Garnish with a thin apple slice and a lime wheel. Serve immediately.

Tip: This recipe doubles beautifully for a pitcher. Multiply all ingredients by 6, prepare ahead (without ice), and top with sparkling water just before serving.
